Your satisfaction is our top priority at ESTRELL®. If an item does not fit or does not meet your expectations, you can of course return it under our 30-day right of withdrawal.

Return Period

You can cancel your order within 30 days after receiving the goods.

You can find all legal details in our cancellation policy.

Conditions for a Return

• The item may only have been worn for fitting.
• It must be in perfect, unworn condition.
• Tags and hygiene seals must not have been removed.

For sealed hygiene products, the right of withdrawal expires if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Exchange (e.g. different size or color)

An exchange is possible within the return period. Simply send us an email with your order number and the desired exchange to:

Return Shipping Costs

You as the customer bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

Additional shipping costs may occur for returns from abroad.

Refund

After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method.

The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice.
