Shipping Conditions
1. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the shipping address you provided during the order process.
We deliver within Germany as well as to selected EU countries and Switzerland. The available delivery countries will be displayed to you during the order process.
2. Delivery Time
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery is usually made within the following time frames:
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- EU countries: 3–7 business days
- Switzerland: 4–8 business days
The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution. For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded.
If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next business day.
3. Shipping Costs
The shipping costs will be clearly displayed to you during the order process.
Example shipping costs:
- Germany: €3.90
- Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain: €7.95
- Denmark: €9.90
- Switzerland: CHF 14.90
Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €50.00.
4. Shipping Service Providers
Shipping is carried out via suitable shipping service providers such as DHL, DPD, Hermes, UPS, or GLS.
After the goods have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number.
5. Shipping to Parcel Lockers
Delivery to parcel lockers is possible. Please enter “Packstation” in the address field along with the corresponding parcel locker number. Your postal number must be entered in the designated additional field.
6. Undeliverable Shipments
If delivery is not possible due to an incorrectly provided address or an unjustified refusal to accept the shipment and additional costs arise as a result, we reserve the right to pass these costs on to you if you are responsible for the failed delivery.
7. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such damage to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us immediately.
Failure to report damage or contact us has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights.
