Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty days from the day on which you inform us about the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of thirty days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Special Notice Regarding Hygiene Products

In the case of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB).

Trying on the goods is permitted. However, the goods must not have been worn or used in everyday situations.

No Right of Withdrawal Exists For

• sealed goods if the seal has been removed after delivery
• goods which have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
