Terms of Participation for Promotions, Discount Campaigns & Giveaways

Here you will find the general terms of participation for promotions, discount campaigns, giveaways, and other campaigns by ESTRELL®. These conditions apply unless different rules are published for a specific promotion.

1. Organizer

The organizer of promotions, discount campaigns, giveaways, and other campaigns (hereinafter referred to as “promotions”) is:

2. Scope

These terms of participation apply to all promotions conducted by ESTRELL®. If additional or different conditions are published for a specific promotion, those conditions take precedence.

3. Eligibility

Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.

Employees of Global Ecom Trading GmbH and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

We reserve the right to exclude participants who violate these terms of participation.

4. Promotion Process

The period, participation requirements, type, and scope of discounts, benefits, or prizes will be announced on the corresponding promotion page or as part of the respective campaign.

Participation outside the specified promotion period is excluded.

5. Discount Campaigns

Discount codes or price advantages are – unless otherwise stated –

• not combinable with other promotions,
• not applicable to already discounted items,
• not applicable retroactively to orders already placed,
• not redeemable for cash.

Misuse, for example through multiple registrations or technical manipulation, will result in exclusion from the promotion.

6. Giveaways

Prizes will be awarded as described in the respective promotion.

Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Legal recourse is excluded.

7. Exclusion & Misuse

In the event of manipulation, false information, or other abusive behavior, we reserve the right to exclude participants from the promotion and revoke any granted benefits.

8. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the respective promotion and will be handled in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

9. Liability

We are not liable for technical disruptions, network failures, or platform outages that affect participation in a promotion, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Early Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time for good cause if necessary.

11. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If individual provisions of these terms of participation are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
